We are a certified company specializing in utility locating for both above and below ground fixed utilities, utilizing advanced techniques such as Electro Magnetic Locators (EML) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) in accordance with current AS 5488.1:2022 standards. Our services include comprehensive drain inspection, leak detection, and underground mapping to accurately locate Water, Gas, Electrical, Communications, Stormwater, and Sewer services.

Specialising in below ground utility locating, we employ RTK GNSS satellite surveying tools for underground mapping, allowing us to create or correct infrastructure maps to the current GDA2020 datum. This includes drain inspection, utilities, pits, drains, pipes, roads, cables, points of discharge, and above ground fixed assets or feature assets such as light poles, meters, drinking fountains, signs, and trees—essentially, anything you can think of. 

These surveys can be converted into KML, GeoJSON, DWG, DXF, or other shapefiles for design teams to utilize with all design programs. We also offer building floor plans along with 360° interactive photos, which are invaluable for emergency safety measures, leak detection, and other compliance requirements for assets.

Our team has extensive experience in Non Destructive Digging (NDD), drain inspection, and drain cleaning. Our Hydro Excavation Services, which utilize ground penetrating radar for precise underground mapping, help ensure that locating quality QL-A standards are met. Additionally, our leak detection techniques provide the safest excavation methods onsite, minimizing the risk of injury while effectively facilitating utility locating.

Our team offers comprehensive drain inspection services, including CCTV crawler camera and push rod inspections for sewer and stormwater lines. We provide precise condition assessments using Wincan and surveys that support design, compliance, and maintenance efforts in sewer and stormwater applications. Additionally, we utilize advanced technology such as ground penetrating radar for underground mapping and utility locating, ensuring effective leak detection and the best possible results.

We create or confirm asset attributes such as dimensions, materials, lengths, and compliance for various applications, including drain inspection and underground mapping. 

Additionally, we develop an interactive service history, condition assessments, and end-of-life assessments for each asset, ensuring comprehensive leak detection capabilities. 

Asset registers can be created for every asset we manage, and all information gathered is available in multiple data output file types, ready for utility locating and can be integrated into current council legacy systems if required.

Our second generation leak detection team utilizes advanced methods such as acoustic, thermal, and drain inspection techniques, along with data loggers and correlators, to efficiently locate hidden water leaks within domestic, commercial, and municipal properties and water lines. We also employ ground penetrating radar and underground mapping technologies as part of our comprehensive utility locating services. Our clients include property owners, plumbers, builders, insurance companies, adjusters, engineers, councils, water boards, and government entities.
