Below Ground Service Locating
We are company certified to locate both above and below ground fixed utilities using Electro Magnetic Locators (EML) & Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) correct to the current AS 5488.1:2022 standards.
Locating Water, Gas, Electrical, Communications, Stormwater & Sewer services.
Surveying & Mapping
Specialising in below ground utility locating, we use RTK GNSS satellite surveying tools to create or correct infrastructure maps to the current GDA2020 datum.
This can include utilities, pits, drains, pipes, roads, cables, points of discharge, as well as above ground fixed assets or feature assets such as light poles, meters, drinking fountains, signs and trees. Literally anything.
These surveys can then be converted to kml, GeoJSON, DWG, DXF or other shape files for design teams to utilise with all design programs.
We can create and provide building floor plans along with 360° interactive photos which is great for emergency safety measures and other compliances for assets.
Hydro Excavation & Drain Cleaning
Our team has extensive experience in Non Destructive Digging (NDD) and Drain Cleaning.
Our Hydro Excavation Services aid in ensuring locating quality QL-A standards are met as well as providing the safest excavation methods onsite to avoid injury.
CCTV Condition Assessments/ Drain Inspections & Reporting
Our team can provide CCTV crawler camera & push rod inspections for sewer & storm water lines.
Providing accurate condition assessments (Wincan) and surveys which can then be used in aiding in design, compliance and maintenance. Build over sewer/ stormwater applications.

Data Capture, Asset Registers & Intelligent Asset Management Software
We create or confirm asset attributes such as dimensions, materials, lengths and compliance.
We also create an interactive service history, condition assessments and end of life assessments to an asset.
Asset registers can be made with every asset created and all information gathered is available in multiple data output file types which can be ingested into current council legacy systems if required.
Leak Detection
Our second generation Leak Detection team use methods including Acoustic, Thermal, Data Loggers and Correlators to locate hidden water leaks within Domestic, Commercial and Municipal properties and water lines.
